Do I need to give a deposit to make a reservation?
YES! We require a $300 deposit on a Visa or MasterCard to make a reservation. This deposit is returned to you the day you return with the vehicle. Please contact our team if you would like further information on a cash deposit and if this service is available in your city.

Do you offer a pick up or drop off delivery service?
YES! We are located 2 minutes from the Dorval Airport, Via Rail Train Station, Dorval Bus terminus and commuter train. In Ottawa we are located 5 minutes from the Ottawa international airport and the South Keys Bus and train Terminus. It would be our pleasure to pick you up at any of these locations at no additional charge from 9am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Should you require a pick-up or drop-off service outside of these hours; appointments can be made easily when you contact our office.

Is there a minimum age requirement?
YES! You must be 21 years old or older to rent a vehicle from Transtate Auto Marche Inc.

Can I rent a car with someone else’s credit card?
YES! You may rent a vehicle under your personal name and have a second person pay for the rental with their credit card. The holder of the credit card must be present at the signing of the rental contract to sign the contract with the driver. We also require an imprint of the credit card for our files.

Are there any hidden costs?
NO! We require a $300 refundable deposit to make the reservation and you must pay for the rental on the pick up date. (Please see our price list on this website) The rental rates include taxes, insurance and 1400 free kilometers per week or 4000 accumulative kilometers per month. Clients are fully responsible for any tickets, fines, additional kilometers, etc… that they may incur during the rental time period)

Is there a minimum rental rate?
YES! We require a minimum of either a 7 day rental or the price of a 7 day rental for any given category. For example: If you are in town for 4 days and have shopped around for prices and have determined that Transtate Auto Marche Inc offers the best price, you may then return the car anytime within the 7 day time period.
