I have deposited with Transtate Auto Marche Inc twenty 20% of the agreed price to seal this agreement and authorize Transtate Auto Marche Inc to buy my DREAM CAR.

If Transtate Auto Marche Inc does not deliver the above car within 30 days my deposit will be returned in full.

Transtate Auto Marche Inc will do the following for me as part of this agreement.

1) Find, purchase and deliver to me my DREAM CAR within 30 days of the date of this agreement.
2) Provide me with a FREE rental car from their fleet of cars from the date of this agreement until they deliver to me my DREAM CAR, or the 30-day delivery guarantee expires and my deposit is returned to me.
3) GUARANTEES me 30-day "bumper to bumper" for my DREAM CAR.
4) Provide me with a FREE rental car from their fleet of cars during the first 30 days of ownership should it be necessary for Transtate Auto Marche Inc to repair my DREAM CAR, while being repaired.

Transtate Auto Marche Inc will deliver the DREAM CAR defined above, the year, make and model agreed will less kilometres than is defined above within 30 days. I agree to pay within 48 hours of viewing my DREAM CAR the remaining unpaid 80% balance of the purchase price plus applicable taxes.
